Steps for Custom-Made Stencils
1) Customer sends in the request for custom stencil(s) via website or through e-mail or messenger. There is a one-time additional fee of $5 for each design created for a stencil
2) I will contact the customer upon receipt of information, and request more information, if needed.
3) I will put together a few choices as a rough draft, and send to customer. This could take from 1-7 days depending on the design(s).
4) After customer agrees with the design(s), and size/type, I will send an invoice for payment. After receiving the payment, I will create the stencils.
5) I will ship out the stencil(s) within 3 business days via USPS First Class Mail. See shipping policies below.
1) We provide Shipping to addresses in the United States via USPS First Class Mail.
2) Shipping is a flat rate fee of $5.95, or free for purchases of $50 or more.
3) Stencils are shipped in flat boxes to prevent any damage.
4) All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
1) Due to the nature of my products, I do not issue refunds or exchanges.
2) I do stand by my work, though, and will fix anything that has mistakes or damage on arrival. Please notify me with in 3 days of delivery.
4) I can not guarantee how many uses you will get on the stencils. There are too many variables, like the care of the stencils or how they are used.
