Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (usually sooner).  I ship USPS Ground Advantage, which generally takes 3-5 more days.  If the package is larger or heavier, I use UPS ground, which is usually cheaper than USPS.  Custom orders take longer depending on the design process. (See the Custom Order info below.)

1) Place your custom order on the website, then send an email to Studio23Designz@gmail.com with the SVG design file you want made into a silkscreen stencil or tumbler.

2) If you do not have an SVG design file, just send an email to the address above and describe what you are looking for.  

3) I will reply to your email within 24 hours with any questions or suggestions.  After I understand what you are looking for, I will send you some drafts of what I create within 3 days.  I only allow 2 free edits of the drafts, after that I charge an extra $5 for each change.  After everything is finished and approved, I will ship out the product(s) via USPS or UPS with in 3 days.

4) If you need a custom product made any faster, there will be a Rush fee of $20 added to the cost.  

5) Any extra fees will be collected via electronic invoice, through my website, PayPay (business), or Venmo (business).

1) Due to the nature of my products, I do not issue refunds or exchanges.

2) I do stand by my work, though, and will fix anything that has mistakes or damage on arrival.  Please notify me with in 3 days of delivery.

4) I can not guarantee how many uses you will get on our silkscreen stencils.  There are too many variables, like the care of the stencils or how they are used.

5) Tumblers and other sublimated items come with care instructions.  We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or any inappropriate care.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Studio 23 Designz.  Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

You agree to indemnify and hold Studio 23 Designz harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
